Four years ago I was hosting a sometimes-monthly Zoom call for indie makers. Now it's my full-time to manage this group and we have hundreds of members all around the world. It's incredible.

We're trying out some new meeting spaces this week. First up is an in-browser 3D space. It's basically a video game where we can meet and hang out for an hour.

This past week we overhauled the Slack. The old longer channel descriptions were replaced by shorter minimalist names and we added two new channels: #praise & #wins

Active = posts at least once every other week (Slack won’t mark you as active if you just lurk and we have no way of tracking that). Paid members have immunity (and they also get weekly 1-1 intro's to other founders, $20,000+ in discounts, and access to gated content).
